cPanel is the control panel for your Raleway web hosting account. From it you can create email accounts, upload files, manage domains, install WordPress and much more. There are two ways to log in.
Option 1: Log in from your client area (recommended)
- Log in to your Raleway client area.
- Go to Services and click on your hosting package.
- Click Login to cPanel. You'll be signed straight in, with no password needed.
Option 2: Log in directly
- In your web browser, go to one of these addresses (swap in your own domain):
https://yourdomain.co.uk/cpanelhttps://yourdomain.co.uk:2083
- Enter the cPanel username and password from your hosting welcome email.
- Click Log in.
Note: If your domain isn't pointing at our servers yet (for example, you've just moved it to us), use the server hostname from your welcome email instead, e.g.
https://server-hostname:2083.Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
The page won't load at :2083 |
Some office and public Wi-Fi networks block port 2083. Log in from the client area instead, or try another network. |
| "The login is invalid" | Check the username. It's your cPanel username, not your email address. Usernames are lowercase. |
| Locked out after several failed attempts | Our servers temporarily block repeated failed logins to protect your account. Wait 15–30 minutes, or contact support and we'll unblock you. |
| Forgotten password | Log in through the client area (Option 1) and change it from inside cPanel. See How to change your cPanel password. |
